The Commerce Ministry notified the inventory-based cross-border e-commerce export framework. Exporters-on-Record can sell goods procured from Sellers-on-Record to overseas buyers through a separate legal entity; speculative inventory build-up is prohibited and payments to sellers must be completed within seven days.
