What Happened?
The government inaugurated a 34.5-kilometre elevated corridor in Assam along a major highway near Kaziranga. The elevated design provides space underneath for animals to cross and aims to reduce road-related disruption to wildlife movement between the national park and the Karbi Anglong hills.
