A PIB backgrounder reviewed PM-SETU as it completed one year on 4 October 2026. The scheme targets transformation of 1,000 government ITIs, capacity augmentation of five NSTIs and stronger industry participation through strategic investment plans, special-purpose vehicles and anchor industry partners.
